Start with jalapeño poppers, mini avo tacos and prawn bites before settling into a selection of loaded tacos — from Cuban mojo chicken with pickled red onion and tomato salsa, to ancho poblano beef with blackened sweet corn, chipotle sour cream and crispy shallots.

And because every fiesta needs something sweet, we’ll finish with cinnamon churros, dark chocolate and toasted pecan.
